Blizzard’s September 24 Forever beta update makes experimentation cheaper: talent resets fall to 1 silver after an hour, temporarily for beta testing. Kaivax’s notes also remove spell-damage scaling from wands, change Gnome Eureka to a 10% resource discount and revise several class talents. For returning testers, the useful first step is to check your talents and resource assumptions before repeating an older build guide. These are announced beta changes, not measured damage rankings or confirmation that the separate Auto Shot windup fix has shipped.
